As our Retail Associate, you will be responsible for: • Assisting in the daily operations of our Kids 21 stores, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service. • Maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy. • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering questions about products, and making recommendations. • Working closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment. • Participating in visual merchandising and window display planning. • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records. • Maintaining knowledge of current fashion trends and staying up-to-date on new products and brands. • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge.
