What You’ll Be Doing:

• Open and close the store during rostered shifts (store open 9 AM – 1 AM).
• Provide friendly, non-judgmental customer service.
• Help customers find the right products for their needs.
• Keep the store clean, inviting, and well-presented.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Assist with stocktaking, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Organise and track stock levels using our systems.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has proven customer service and sales experience.
• Is positive, approachable, and open-minded.
• Can communicate with confidence and empathy.
• Is discreet and trustworthy.
• Has basic Microsoft program skills.
