As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for: • Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome • Assisting with queries and managing bookings • Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment • Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets • Providing excellent customer service • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and promotions • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures • Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required • Being proactive and taking initiative to improve processes and customer experience • Being open to learning and development opportunities to progress your career.
