The Role: Eye Love is a specially developed sunglasses concept featuring the most popular international high-end brands usually only found in upscale boutiques. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, processing transactions accurately, and working collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service by being knowledgeable about products, answering questions, and making recommendations; • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment; • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems; • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business results; • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
