Retail Assistant - 28 hours

As our new retail assistant (28 hours) everything revolves around customer experience. Each Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you guide and advise everyone to the right products that meet their needs.

• work closely with your team, store manager, and assistant store manager to achieve your own goals and those of the store;
• make a connection with our customers and ensure a 'Best in Class' and meaningful shopping experience;
• ensure the store is always clean and tidy according to our company standards, so that our products are presented according to our visual merchandising guidelines;
• follow safety procedures in the store.
