• Strategic Tenant Acquisition: Identify and engage high-potential retail partners through comprehensive market research, trend analysis, and proactive networking.
  

• Portfolio Optimization: (For Senior/Manager levels) Lead and mentor a dedicated leasing team to execute high-impact strategies, focusing on yield maximization and maintaining optimal occupancy rates across various assets.
  

• Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from local SMEs to international flagship brands.
  

• Lease Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end negotiation process, ensuring all lease agreements and legal documentations are finalized with precision and commercial viability.
  

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of retail shifts to recommend innovative concepts and tenant mixes that keep our client’s malls competitive and vibrant.
  

• Education: A Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
