Retail and Service Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail and Service Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our service station and retail outlet. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise retail and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations Drive a customer-first culture and handle escalated customer complaints Ensure all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service Manage and maintain a clean and organized retail and service area, including the forecourt, shop, and surrounding areas Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of retail and service operations with the rest of the business. This role is a key part of our retail and service team and requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
