Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Ambassador who will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and creating an engaging shopping experience in our stores. As a key member of the store team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities: • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, customer service, and visual merchandising skills • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products, answering questions, and making recommendations • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards in-store, including window displays, fixtures, and overall store appearance • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store • Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash handling as required • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager Requirements: • 1-2 years of retail experience with a strong track record of sales performance and customer service excellence • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently • Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills • Ability to lift up to 20 kg (44 lbs) and stand for long periods of time • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for career growth and professional development within the company • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a passionate team • Discounts on Love, Bonito products and services • Access to exclusive employee events and activities • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
