Retail Account Lead

Position Summary: The Account Lead will be responsible for leading the Daymon Mexico Private Brand team inside of one of the most important retailers in Mexico. This role requires deep expertise in best-in-class private brands, retail, brand development, product management and cross-functional program leadership. The ideal candidate must combine strategic thinking, project leadership, commercial acumen, and strong capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Qualitative Research and Insights teams. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive account plan, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue through innovative solutions. The Account Lead must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity.
