Restructuring - Senior

As a Senior Consultant, you will be fully integrated into the Restructuring team and will be involved in assignments with underperforming companies experiencing more or less serious cash flow tensions, under amicable or collective proceedings.

In this context, you will diagnose the origins of a liquidity crisis and propose the emergency measures to be implemented to preserve cash flow. You will develop various crisis exit scenarios, review or produce operating and cash flow forecasts. Finally, you will participate in discussions between companies, shareholders, creditors, and potential investors in order to prepare the terms of a financial restructuring.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts in their development and will be encouraged to participate in cross-functional topics related to the firm's development.

You hold a degree from a higher education institution (prestigious business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree) and have acquired 3 to 5 years of experience.

To succeed in this role, you must be rigorous, available, possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and enjoy working in a team.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have knowledge of a second foreign language.
