Job description
As Restaurant Employee in the Buffet area, you are responsible for presenting, replenishing, controlling, and cleanliness of the buffet. You ensure a smooth workflow and support the service flow of our restaurant. Preparation of the buffet: Ensure that food, drinks, and utensils are ready and presented appealingly. Guest care: Friendly greeting of guests, answering questions, and supporting special requests. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure that all areas are clean and hygienic at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality in the buffet area, including replenishing supplies and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
