For our traditional house right in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the world, we are looking for a dedicated restaurant leader for our Fine Dining Restaurant Zirbelzimmer & Bankett on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of the restaurant's operation.
