Your Tasks as Restaurant Leader
You lead your restaurant operationally and economically, focusing on customer satisfaction, team leadership, and result quality.

You manage a team of around 70 employees, develop talents, and ensure a motivating work environment.
You create schedules and coordinate personnel deployment efficiently.
