• Professional experience – You have experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel management, ideally in a leadership position.
• Leadership competence – You motivate your team with appreciation, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Organizational talent – A structured and self-reliant way of working characterizes you.
• Service orientation – Quality, hospitality, and a professional appearance are a matter of course for you.
• Language skills – Very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage.
