The Groupe Oniro is a company with five restaurant operations in Basel and a boutique hotel and restaurant in Riehen. The Landgasthof Boutique Hotel and Restaurant in Riehen consists of 19 hotel rooms with breakfast offer, a restaurant with over 80 seats, 2 terraces, 1 seminar room for 50 people, a wine cellar for 30 people and 1 banquet hall with up to 300 people. Employment type: Full-time employment in à la carte service guest service from reception to departure preparation of tables, serving, clearing, and other tasks related to the restaurant operation. The employee is responsible for ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and providing information about the menu and wine list. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to speak German fluently is required. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and participating in ongoing training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Education: Secondary education or equivalent. Certifications: None.
