Responsibilities include: Provide a warm welcome for guests and making recommendations from the menu/drinks list if requested. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Be proactive in resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during the course of the day. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management and clients. Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, drinks list and services. Provide accurate information to guests about our products and services. Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and transactions. Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
