As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of one of our restaurants, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. You will also support the development of new concepts and menus, as well as participate in special events and projects. Your tasks will include: • Managing a team of up to 20 employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations; • Maintaining high-quality standards for food, beverages, and presentation; • Developing and implementing effective inventory control systems; • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience; • Supporting the development of new concepts and menus, as well as participating in special events and projects.
