• Support of the Restaurant Manager in operational leadership
• Ensuring smooth service operations
• Support in employee management
• Conducting weekly training sessions within your own team
• Daily settlement

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or at a recognized hotel management school
• Knowledge of the standards of Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels
• Initial experience in a similar position
• Passionate host with a charming and well-groomed appearance
• Affinity for high-quality gastronomy
• Very good language skills in German and English
