Job Title: QSR Supervisor Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth workflow across all areas. Their responsibilities will include scheduling shifts, maintaining quality standards, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will also monitor food and beverage standards, handle customer complaints, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Scheduling shifts for restaurant staff • Maintaining quality standards in food preparation and presentation • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times • Monitoring food and beverage standards to ensure consistency and quality • Handling customer complaints and feedback • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment • Managing staff performance and providing coaching and training as needed • Collaborating with other restaurant supervisors and management team to achieve business objectives • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service skills • Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods • High school diploma or equivalent required.
