Restaurant Manager

The President Hotel is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, and we are creating a new opportunity for a Restaurant Manager – Pool Deck to join our Food & Beverage leadership team. We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Restaurant Manager with proven experience managing large-scale food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume restaurants or luxury hotel F&B outlets, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, ensure flawless execution of daily operations, and drive revenue growth through innovative menu offerings, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue; • Leading and managing a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff; • Ensuring high-quality food and beverage products, presentation, and service standards; • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment; • Managing labor costs, inventory, and cash handling; • Collaborating with the Food & Beverage leadership team to develop and implement new concepts, promotions, and marketing initiatives; • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests; • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales, labor, and inventory data; • Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills; • Performing other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team.
