Job Responsibilities as Restaurant Manager:
- Self-managed commercial and operational leadership of your restaurant after a 12- to 24-month internal McDonald's training program depending on qualifications
- Responsibility for budget preparation, adherence, and reporting
- Needs planning and procurement process
- Staff responsibility for approximately 50 employees including recruitment, scheduling, as well as training and further education
