Deine Aufgaben als Restaurantleiter:in:
- Selbständige kaufmännische und operative Leitung deines Restaurants nach deiner McDonald's internen Ausbilsungszeit von 12 - 24 Monaten je nach Qualifikation
- Verantwortung für Budgeterstellung, -einhaltung und Reporting
- Bedarfsplanung und Bestellwesen
- Personalverantwortung für rund 50 Mitarbeiter:innen inklusive Rekrutierung, Dienstplanerstellung, sowie Aus- und Weiterbildung
