Job description
Your tasks as Restaurant Manager:
Independent commercial and operational leadership of your restaurant according to your McDonald's internal training time of 12-24 months depending on qualification.
Responsibility for budget preparation, compliance and reporting.
Needs planning and procurement.
Personnel responsibility for around 50 employees including recruitment, scheduling, as well as training and further education.
