Deine Aufgaben als Restaurantleiter:in:
Selbständige kaufmännische und operative Leitung deines Restaurants
Verantwortung für Budgeterstellung, -einhaltung und Reporting
Bedarfsplanung und Bestellwesen
Personalverantwortung für rund 50 Mitarbeiter:innen inklusive Rekrutierung, Dienstplanerstellung, sowie Aus- und Weiterbildung
