Job description

As a Restaurant Manager (m/f), you report directly to the F&B Manager and are fully responsible for the restaurant "Spun". You act as a role model and contribute with your hands-on mentality to creating a casual and warm atmosphere, looking after our international guests with charm and a high level of service readiness. Thanks to your strong business acumen and approach, you contribute to achieving company goals.

  • Exemplary host function with high presence in service, professional demeanor, and courteous interaction with guests
  • Responsibility for the operational management and coordination of all processes in the restaurant, bar, room service, and co-responsibility for the seminar and banquet area
  • Leadership, development, and motivation of the team through targeted scheduling, individual coaching, and training measures
  • Co-creation of the F&B offering including menu conception, pricing, and administration of the POS systems
  • Assumption of all administrative tasks, such as ordering, inventory management, schedule creation, analyses, and stocktaking
  • Close and cooperative collaboration with the kitchen, front office, sales, and technical departments to ensure a holistic guest experience
  • Monitoring and adherence to all hygiene, safety, and Radisson standards

  • Completed hotel management school or vocational training in gastronomy
  • Several years of professional experience as a restaurant manager in upscale gastronomy
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Strong organizational skills and passion for excellent guest service
  • Experience in staff leadership, scheduling, and operational implementation of demanding events
  • Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of "EMMA"
  • Self-assured and eloquent appearance, as well as sales skills
  • Resilience, flexibility, and decisiveness
