The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality dining experiences, and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team, maintain our reputation for culinary excellence, and contribute to the hotel’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, stock management, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain menu quality and innovation.
• Drive customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and menu planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
