Restaurant Manager (H/F)

The Whymperstube is part of MRH Zermatt SA and is a traditional restaurant located in the heart of Zermatt. With 45 seats indoors and a terrace for 20 guests, we offer our international clientele an authentic alpine experience in a warm and cozy atmosphere. To strengthen our team, we are looking with immediate effect or by agreement for a committed and experienced personality as Restaurant Manager Overall responsibility for the operational management of the restaurant Leadership, motivation, and coordination of the entire team, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. This includes planning and organizing daily operations, managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring high-quality service to our guests. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and can work well under pressure.
