RESTAURANT MANAGER

What you'll be doing:
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining the highest
standards across all aspects of the restaurant, including customer experience, team culture,
and financial performance.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service and maximising customer experience
• Menu planning and development in consultation with the Head Chef
• Responding efficiently and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback
• Staff rostering, wage costing, and labour cost control
• Leadership, staff supervision, recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Fostering effective communication between kitchen and front-of-house
• Managing and delivering events and group bookings
• Supplier ordering and maintaining control over inventory, stocktake and budgets
• Driving revenue while maintaining operational and financial targets
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for:
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment
• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management (or at least 3 years of
managerial experience in lieu of qualification)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing rosters, staffing levels, and cost control
• Sound knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
