Restaurant Manager/ Associate (Western Cuisine, F&B Industry)

Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth daily functioning. Manage and train the restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient handling of customer complaints and feedback. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and financial performance. Ensure a positive work environment by fostering open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement. Provide coaching and guidance to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
