RESTAURANT MANAGER - ALGHERO

Direzione Lavoro Group Direzione Lavoro Group Spa (Aut. Min.01 del 21/01/19) divisione Permanent, is searching for an important reality one: RESTAURANT MANAGER Specifically the figure, reporting to the Area Manager, will be responsible for:

• Guaranteeing the maintenance of operational standards and respect for safety regulations at work;
• Managing and coordinating a team of 20 resources;
• Guaranteeing compliance with HACCP regulations;
• Placing orders with various suppliers;
• Closing fiscal accounts at the end of service;
• Managing KPIs;
• Developing commercial strategies;
• Welcoming customers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the role (preferably from realities that provide table service);
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Leadership
