Restaurant Manager €2,900 net - from November - permanent position

For the opening of our restaurant, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager. Your Responsibilities: * Responsible for the operational management of our restaurant (approx. 60 seats inside, 60 seats outside) * Leadership and motivation of the service team (approx. 10-15 employees) * Ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction * Creation and implementation of the menu concept in cooperation with the kitchen management * Inventory management and cost control * Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations * Training and further education of staff * Achieving sales and profitability targets Your Profile: * Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry and/or several years of professional experience in a comparable position * Experience in staff leadership and team development * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Service-oriented and guest-focused attitude * High degree of independence, resilience, and commitment * Enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment * Good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays We Offer: * An exciting and diverse area of responsibility in a new, modern hotel concept * Performance-related remuneration with a net salary of €2,900 per month * An annual position starting from November * Accommodation can be provided if needed * Opportunity for personal and professional development * A motivated and friendly team * A breath-taking working environment in the heart of the Arlberg region
