Deine Aufgaben im Restaurant:
- Selbständige, kaufmännische, technische und operative Leitung des gesamten Restaurantbetriebs
- Übernahme des Bestellwesens, Bedarfsplanung sowie Personalführung und -planung
- Bedienung sämtlicher Stationen im Restaurant
- Entgegennahme, Zubereitung und Ausgabe von Bestellungen
- Teambuilding und Personalentwicklung
- Beschwerde- und Konfliktmanagement
- Kennzahlenmanagement und ganzheitliche Restaurantführung
