Restaurant General Manager

General Managers are responsible for providing guidance and leadership to their team to create a positive culture and maintain high team morale. You will execute and assist in the development of action plans, managing of P&L, and training and development of our team members. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Directly manage restaurant operations and team members. * Manage P&L (Profit & Loss) and control costs. * Recruit, interview, and hire team members. * Train, coach, and develop team members. * Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. * Maintain a safe and clean work environment. * Provide excellent customer service. * Handle customer complaints. * Manage inventory and ordering. * Schedule team members. * Conduct performance reviews. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years of restaurant management experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Strong leadership skills. * Ability to manage and motivate a team. * Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures. * Ability to handle customer complaints. * Ability to manage inventory and ordering.
