Restaurant & Bar Manager

Vibra Hotels, leading hotel chain in the Balearic Islands, with almost 10,000 beds and 38 hotels and apartments, 33 of them located in Ibiza, 2 in Mallorca and 3 in Menorca, needs to incorporate a Restaurant&Bar Manager for one of our restaurants located in Ibiza. As Restaurant & Bar Manager at Vibra Hotels, you will be the responsible person for the daily management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. Your main objective will be to ensure that our customers have a unique dining experience, with high-quality food and drinks, in an atmosphere that combines elegance and relaxation. To achieve this goal, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. You should also have experience in managing restaurants or bars, preferably in a hotel environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty. Your role will require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
