Tasks

• Total responsibility for the areas of Technology, FM, Construction, Logistics, and Procurement with currently a total of 60 employees.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for the management staff of the above-mentioned area of responsibility.
• Operational management of technical infrastructure and maintenance of supply security.
• Total responsibility for project management and project leadership of all construction, renovation, and modernization measures.
• Tender procedures for construction, services, and investments.
• Accompaniment of all performance phases of the HOAI, handling with norms (DIN, VOB).
• Further development of energy management.
• Optimization of technical facilities.
• Examination, application, and implementation of funding measures.
• Creation and monitoring of cost planning, reporting, and project reports.
• Modifying and implementing the building and technical target plan.
• Purchasing goods and services including negotiation skills.
• Control of logistical processes in the hospital.
• Representation of Bergmannstrost in the working groups of the hospital association.

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a technical study program.
• Multiple years of leadership experience in a comparable field, ideally in a hospital setting.
• Passion for innovative and value-adding processes.
• Sovereign handling with external service providers, authorities, decision-makers.
• Safe handling with professionally related IT systems as well as MS Office programs.
• Readiness for occasional business trips.
• Loyalty, sincerity, highest discretion, and mutual respect.
