Profile We Are Looking For:

• Higher education degree completed (constitutes an advantage if studies are in the economic/administration of businesses field)
• Previous professional experience relevant for at least 2 years and at least 1 year in team coordination;
• Bullet points: Good organizational skills, analysis skills, leadership skills, orientation towards results, client orientation, knowledge of English language at least medium level, driving license category B.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and organize all commercial activities within the store;
• Supervise the fulfillment of tasks by colleagues in subordination and ensure optimal functioning of the store;
• Achieve operational, commercial, and financial objectives set for the respective store;
• Verify constant stock levels at the store
• Supervise order processing;
• Prepare periodic reports on store activity;
• Represent the company in relation to third parties: clients, authorities, others;
• Responsible for recruitment, training, and retention of employees;
• Pick up and manage customer requests and potential complaints;
• Prospecting activities, visiting customers on site (approx. 10% of time)
