Responsible Internal Communication

Job vacancy description For our Business Unit Tessenderlo Kerley International and also our operational site in Ham, we are looking for an experienced communication professional who can support us in building and implementing our internal communication. As responsible internal communication, you will be the key figure in strengthening the internal information provision and connecting our employees with the mission and values of the organization. You develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communication strategy that supports the company's overall strategy; • Creating and disseminating relevant information to employees through various channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, town hall meetings); • Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding; • Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives; • Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company through internal communication. In addition to your excellent communication skills, you have a strong analytical mindset and are able to work independently. You are fluent in Dutch and English.
