Responsible for Restaurant Hall - Modena

STAFF SPA Staff S.p.a., a subsidiary of Torino, is seeking and selecting for an important commercial restaurant chain, A RESPONSIBLE FOR RESTAURANT HALL, for a restaurant located in MODENA. The ideal resource, possessing a 360-degree knowledge of the service hall, will have the task of managing the hall team to ensure excellent customer service; therefore, it will be responsible for the following activities: · Greeting customers; . Hall range management with turnistic preparation; · Table preparation and critical situation management in the hall; · Suggested sales and support to customers in choosing dishes and beverages; · Order taking; · Cashier opening and closing activities. . Point of sale opening and closing. REQUIREMENTS: · Previous experience in the role, preferably matured in commercial restaurants or organized Horeca sector; · Good verbal communication skills; · Knowledge of the service hall at 360°; · Customer orientation; · Good teamwork skills. Employment contract directly from the company, PART TIME 30 HOURS WEEKLY distributed over shifts; classification at IV level ccnl tourism and public services, with a variable incentive system upon reaching goals. WORKING LOCATION: MODENA.
