Viticulturist H/F

For the exploitation of a vineyard of over 30 hectares in the Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a motivated and committed Viticulturist H/F. Your profile: CFC in viticulture (federal certificate or master's degree, an asset) Solid experience in viticulture and excellent mastery of grape work (from pruning to harvests) Very good skills in vine mechanization Interest marked for alternative methods (bio, sustainability) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good knowledge of the wine industry and its trends Familiarity with the regulations and standards of the Canton of Vaud Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to work in a multicultural environment and respect diversity Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite Familiarity with the use of digital tools for data analysis and reporting Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions
