New Works Responsible H/F
Job description
In order to accompany its industrial growth and meet the challenges of tomorrow, Andros, a French family-owned and multi-location company, is seeking a NEW WORKS RESPONSIBLE (H/F) at its Valence factory. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will pilot and implement industrial investment projects while ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in the agro-food industry. Your missions: · Pilot new works projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring that all aspects are taken into account, including environmental impact, social responsibility, and stakeholder engagement. · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as relevant laws and standards. · Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for new equipment and facilities. · Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. · Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. · Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards associated with new works projects. · Ensure that all projects are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. · Provide technical support to the Maintenance Manager and other team members as needed. · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs. · Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables. · Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. · Ensure that all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices. · Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. · Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. · Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. · Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company goals and objectives. · Ensure that all projects are completed in a manner that is consistent with the company's values and mission. · Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's organizational structure, policies, and procedures.
