As a Technical Lead in the context of plasma thruster production, you will join the Engineering Support team, reporting to the Technical Directorate. You will thus join a stimulating environment of passionate experts and a growing team. Our current electric motors are world leaders in the geostationary satellite market. Our future products are specifically targeting the constellation segment and New Space clients. In a context of profound and rapid change in the space industry, the challenge for the production support team is to support the company's development in bringing its new products into production. In particular, your mission will consist of: - Ensuring the technical conformity of the product - Listening to production teams and resolving operational technical issues with the product and the process - Handling non-conformities and flight acceptance dossiers - Leading medium-sized projects as part of continuous improvement - Providing technical support to internal teams (production, testing, quality, program), clients, and suppliers - Being able to intervene in the field, in cleanrooms, in test areas - Exploiting test data
