Technical Manager Industrial IS & Transport Networks - Metro F/M

Our client Tisséo Ingénierie (approx. 100 employees), designs and builds the transport of tomorrow for the Toulouse conurbation. As a private law SPL, the company, acting as delegated project owner, manages the studies and works for major transport infrastructure projects for a territory comprising approximately 100 municipalities and over one million inhabitants. As such, it supports the local authorities of the Toulouse conurbation in their ambitious mobility projects program, notably with the creation of a 3rd metro line (Line C: 27 km – €3.1 billion), the Connection with Line B, and Multimodal Exchange Hubs (PEM).

In this context, the Operating and Information Systems Department is strengthening its team by recruiting a Technical Manager Industrial IS & Transport Networks - Metro Line C Toulouse

Within a close-knit team (4 people), supporting the Weak Current Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a key role in managing the finalization of the design of hosting infrastructures, communication networks (telecommunication and radiocommunication), and weak current systems (video surveillance, access control, ticketing, passenger information, etc.) before their implementation on the Line C project.

Your position involves numerous interactions both internally with Project Managers or Technical Managers and externally with specialized teams of the transport network operator, the Project Owner's contacts responsible for asset management, the Project Manager, industrialists, or construction companies.

On a daily basis, you will be expected to:

• Manage intellectual service, supply, and/or works contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, schedule, costs, and quality;

• Contribute to the development of technical solutions studied and to the consistency of the design between the various supervision and weak current systems, as well as their interfaces with other deployed systems (transport system, connected secondary equipment such as tunnel and station ventilation, escalators, elevators, etc.);

• Supervise the production of studies and administrative files and organize their review;

• Monitor the execution of works, tests, and organize their acceptance;

• Lead internal coordination and progress meetings with partners and mobilized suppliers/service providers;

• Provide advice and technical support to secure decision-making;

• Process contractually the modification or evolution works, issue and formalize technical recommendations, write memos, or produce documents intended for the Project Owner's governing bodies;

• Participate in the IT migration of equipment and systems in the interchange stations of Lines A and B with Line C towards a unified supervision via the Line C centralized control center.

With an engineering degree (computer science, electronics, or telecommunications), you have at least 5 years of experience to possess solid skills in the design and deployment of communication networks and weak current systems, ideally acquired in a transport environment. Accustomed to complex projects, you are comfortable in multi-stakeholder contexts and understand the associated contractual stakes.
