Among its main responsibilities are developing and maintaining relationships with parishes and religious communities, managing the maintenance and operating costs of religious buildings, and ensuring compliance with current legal frameworks. Join the Neighborhood Life Department team. ### Main Mission(s) ### Ensure the operational and technical management of the Cults & Temples Unit and oversee the quality of operation of parish buildings Supervise and coordinate the janitorial teams attached to Protestant churches and temples (12 people) Evaluate and budget the work necessary for the maintenance of parish buildings Plan and supervise maintenance, upkeep, and technical intervention activities related to the city's parish real estate portfolio Ensure good coordination with external companies and partners, as well as monitoring their services Manage and track budgets allocated to maintenance and renovation projects Ensure compliance with current regulations and safety standards Guarantee municipal objectives in terms of energy performance and the preservation of built heritage Collaborate with the service's architect in managing construction and renovation work. ### Profile ### CFC in building drafting or equivalent qualification Diploma as a building technician ES or federal certificate as a technical manager Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role Proven experience in team management, project management, and work monitoring Knowledge of HVAC systems (CVSE), historical heritage, and sustainable development Rigor and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills, natural authority, and teamwork spirit Proficiency in MS Office tools. ### Special Conditions ### Driver's license (category B) Clean criminal record Frequent travel to various places of worship. ### Work Location ### Place Chauderon 9, 1003 Lausanne ### Salary Scale ### 9 ### Start Date ### Immediately or upon agreement ### Inquiries ### Ms. Céline Tremblet, HR Advisor, +41 21 315 69 84 ### Offer ### Please send us your application and the usual documents by August 16, 2026, via the online form.
