Workshop Manager - Windshield Installer

The position of workshop manager and windshield installer is key to the launch and smooth operation of a new automotive center in Calatayud. The selected person will combine technical tasks, operational management, and customer interaction, ensuring that each job is done with quality and efficiency. They will be the main point of reference for the center and will assume responsibility for the execution of jobs, customer satisfaction, and business development. The day-to-day work is carried out with a lot of autonomy: organizing activities, making decisions, and resolving unforeseen issues independently, always with the support of a larger structure. There is also an important commercial component, identifying service improvements and nurturing relationships with customers and suppliers. It is a good option for those who want to transition from a technical profile to a broader business vision. A temporary contract of 6 months is offered, with part-time hours from Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays. The remuneration includes a fixed salary plus incentives linked to the center's performance and commercial and service objectives.
