N2F: professional expense management (expense reports, corporate cards, supplier invoices)

Why this role?

Our tool ecosystem has been built gradually with the company's growth. It is currently rich but still insufficiently structured:

• tools that do not always communicate effectively with each other

• data that is still partially siloed

• certain processes that are insufficiently mastered

• potential for automation and AI usage that is still little exploited

Some components are already managed internally, but partially or too manually.

We are creating this position to sustainably structure the IS, make data flows reliable, and support the organization's maturity.

Your Role

Reporting to the CTO, you will work transversally across the entire company.

The role is deliberately hybrid: both strategic and operational. The objective is not only to manage, but to understand, structure, and implement.

You will work closely with the management committee and business teams.

Your Responsibilities

Structuring of the IS and Data Flows

• Map existing tools and data flows

• Identify friction points and inconsistencies

• Structure data circulation (clients, prospects, finance…)

• Design and evolve integrations between systems

The goal is to eliminate silos and ensure reliable data exchange.

Taking Charge of Critical Issues

• Develop expertise in key tools, especially billing

• Make existing processes reliable

• Reduce dependence on manual tasks through automation

Management of the Tool Ecosystem

• Gather and challenge the needs of business teams

• Define a coherent IS evolution strategy

• Arbitrate between improving existing systems and implementing new tools

• Manage IS projects from end to end

Team Management

• Manage a team of 3 developers

• Prioritize tasks based on business priorities

• Structure the backlog and ensure alignment with company needs

Development of AI Usage

• Identify concrete use cases with the teams

• Prototype and deploy solutions

• Support adoption

What you bring

• 6 to 10 years of experience in application IS, Business Systems, or equivalent

• Experience in a SaaS environment (ideally in organizations of 200 to 500 people)

• Good command of integration and data flow issues (APIs, webhooks, synchronization)

• Ability to understand, challenge, and structure a tool ecosystem in its entirety

• Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent)

• Experience in technical team management

• Ability to work transversally with various business stakeholders

This role is not suitable if

• you are highly focused on large corporations with heavy and inflexible IS

• you are looking for a purely strategic role without operational involvement

• your expertise is mainly security-oriented (this perimeter is covered by another role)
