Job description
We are seeking personnel with a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in administrative, health, biological, or chemical sciences, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the health sector, preferably in clinical laboratories. Must have knowledge in personnel management, RPBI (Risk-Generating Waste Materials), and Office Suite, as well as skills in organization, effective communication, leadership, working under pressure, confidentiality, and a service attitude.
The profile will be primarily responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operation of the branch, managing personnel, following up on incidents, inventories, quality, patient care, reports, and compliance with internal procedures.
