Watch Manufacturing Subcontracting & Shipping Responsible (M/F)

DasTeam Follow up on subcontracted piece progress and ensure timely respect. Organize, supervise, and optimize sending and receiving flows of pieces. Maintain and develop solid partnerships with subcontractors, respecting prices, conditions, and expected quality. Ensure compliance with precious material treatment according to current standards. Manage, coordinate, and accompany the Subcontracting & Shipping team. Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Planning, and Quality. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects for the department. Follow up on disputes, delays, quality/price deviations, and propose corrective actions. Ensure document management, lot controls, and respect for internal procedures Wir erwarten: Confirmed experience in subcontracting management, shipping, logistics, or industrial coordination. (mandatory: In-depth knowledge of the watchmaking domain and watch supplies ) Ease with planning, priority tracking, and flow organization. Communication sense, leadership, and ability to rally a team. Mastery of office tools and ERP systems. Rigor, autonomy, sense of service, and solution-oriented approach.
