It provides services in areas such as strategy consulting, commercial development, placements, succession planning, financial planning, credit risk management, IT, human resources, training, marketing, communication, security, architecture, and facility management. To optimize our organization, we are looking for a service manager to lead the Consulting & Distribution, Communication & Marketing, HR & Training, Placement & Prevision groups: Responsible Services to Raiffeisen Banks (f/h/d) What awaits you? Service, support, and effective accompaniment of Raiffeisen Banks according to the services catalog; Conducting the service and responsible for executing all activities and tasks in compliance with legal requirements, internal directives, regulations, and statutes; Responsible for respecting the budget, reporting on activities, and achieving the objectives of different teams; Strengthening the Consulting & Distribution domain and engaging to understand and develop the three other domains; Active participation in achieving strategic group objectives; Representing the service internally and externally. What do you bring? A confirmed experience in strategy consulting and commercial development, in the Swiss financial sector; Successful track record in team management; Master's degree in banking, economics, or business administration; Solid managerial, organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills; Team spirit, availability, openness, reliability, honesty, and excellent customer orientation; A communicative and authentic personality, ready to engage, with good decision-making abilities and a strong sense of responsibility; Native French or German language with good mastery of the other language (oral and written); High flexibility, willing to travel throughout Switzerland.
