Head of Oenology-Laboratory Services M/F

YOUR PLAYING FIELD WILL BE Reporting to the Site Manager, you ensure that analyses of manufactured products are carried out and that the results align with the requirements of the current standard. You administer the oenological activities of the sites attached to the company Maison du Vigneron and its subsidiaries. Main Missions - You administer the Laboratory's activities (analysis protocols, validation of analyses and results, guarantee of documentary follow-up) - You manage the laboratory (ordering consumables, first-level equipment maintenance, investment monitoring, technological watch, traceability during audits) - You vinify and monitor wines in the winery (vinification process, preparation for packaging operations) - You manage cellar activities and records (ordering oenological products, traceability of musts, wines, and oenological products, documentary and declarative follow-up of cellar activities) - You manage the flow of bulk products (AVS monitoring, approvals, contracts, tank orders and reception) - You ensure the oenological part (samples for competitions or others, internal and external tastings, setting up trials for R&D, management of ingredients for lot labeling) - You manage the personnel under your responsibility - You implement hygiene, safety, food safety, and environmental protection measures to ensure the sustainability of oenology-related infrastructure and equipment.
