As part of internal mobility, we are looking for our future Head of Industrial Manufacturing and Cleaning Services M/F to lead a strategic sector at our Mouilleron St Germain site (85).

Your missions:

👥 A role primarily focused on management

You will support your frontline managers and your teams (80 people) in their development and help them meet daily challenges.

Present on the ground daily, you will create the conditions for collective success by:

• Uniting your teams around common objectives

• Developing skills, autonomy, and responsibility

• Fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere

📈 A key responsibility in site performance

With your teams, you will guarantee the successful execution of the manufacturing program and the achievement of safety, quality, cost, deadline, and environmental objectives.

You will also contribute to sustainably advancing the site's performance culture through your involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and management rituals.

🧼 A major player in maintaining industrial cleaning standards

Because the quality of our products begins with the excellence of our industrial practices, you will also lead the challenges related to industrial cleaning. You will support the night cleaning team and supervise cleaning operations. Our continuous improvement processes will lead you to share best practices between the group's different production sites.

🚀 A committed member of the site's Executive Committee

Alongside the site's Management Team, you will actively participate in its development by:

• Contributing to the construction and deployment of the strategy

• Contributing to and championing safety, quality, performance, and environmental ambitions

• Participating in projects that will prepare the factory of tomorrow

You have proven experience in managing industrial production services and have demonstrated your ability to grow teams through your managerial relays.
